Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Zeroflowers (“we”, “us” or “our”), a studio operating from 108 Austhorpe Road, LS16 8EJ, Leeds, United Kingdom, collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through, or otherwise obtained via, the website at zeroflowers.com (the “Site”).
This policy applies to information collected through the Site. The privacy policy applicable to our Paperless product is available at /pdf-generator-paperless/privacy-policy.
1. What we collect
When you submit a contact form (at /contact or /request-call) we collect your name, email and any phone number, company name or message you choose to share. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.
When you visit zeroflowers.com we automatically collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamp) for security, debugging and aggregate analytics.
If you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner, we collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, time on page, source channel).
2. Cookies and consent
We use Cookiebot to manage cookie consent in line with the UK GDPR and the EU ePrivacy Directive. No analytics or marketing cookies are loaded until you have provided affirmative consent.
Strictly necessary cookies (for example, language preference and consent state) are loaded by default as they are required for the website to function.
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie icon located at the bottom of every page.
3. Form submissions and Telegram
Contact and audit-request form submissions are forwarded to our internal Telegram channel so that the relevant team member can respond promptly. Such messages are accessible only to authorised Zeroflowers personnel.
We do not share enquiries with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not sell personal data under any circumstances.
4. Third-party processors
Hosting and rendering: Vercel Inc. (United States, with EU regions available).
Cookie consent management: Cybot A/S, trading as Cookiebot (Denmark / EU).
Form delivery: Telegram Messenger (operated outside the EU; an alternative channel is available on request).
Each processor maintains its own privacy policy. We select providers that comply with the UK GDPR and offer Data Processing Agreements where applicable.
5. Your rights under the UK GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify or erase the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact info@zeroflowers.com. We respond within thirty (30) days, and typically much sooner.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe that we have mishandled your personal data.
6. Data retention
Form submissions are retained for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry, and for up to twenty-four (24) months thereafter for legitimate business records (for example, taxation and dispute resolution).
Server logs are retained for a maximum of ninety (90) days.
Where you request erasure, we will remove your personal data within thirty (30) days, save where we are required by law to retain it.
7. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved under the UK GDPR.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you by email.
